Hannah plays ‘Daniella’, a talented student who shares the universal dilemma of feeling trapped in the ‘burbs and whose ambitions are being crushed by all those around her.

Hannah was mentored from the project’s beginnings by filmmaker Jane Campion. “Flame” was shot in the Western Suburbs of Sydney, and Hannah brought the project to Los Angeles for post-production. The film garnered attention at the Short Film Corner in Cannes, earlier this year, and as a result Hannah received invitations from several other festivals to submit “Flame of the West”.

The screening at the Majestic Theatre in St. John’s on October 15th at 7.00 p.m. will be the North American premiere of “Flame of the West”. Congratulations to Hannah and many, many thanks to Jane Campion for her instrumental help in getting Hannah’s filmmaking career pushed off from the dock.
